CULT is the tradable and liquid token of CULT DAO, transacting CULT will contribute to the protocol by filling the DAO treasury slowly, to fund investments into decentralised technologies. This is achieved due to a 0.4% tax on all CULT transactions.

Although 'CULT' was the ticker assigned at the deployment of the Cult DAO Token's smart contract, it is also in use by another asset with a larger market presence and higher trading volume on major exchanges. To avoid confusion in the marketplace, the alternative ticker 'CULTDAO' has been adopted for this token. This designation ensures that assets are distinctly identified.
