Box 2507, George Town, Grand Cayman, KY1-1104, Cayman Islands as Joint Liquidators over BYBIT FINTECH LIMITED, a Company with its registered office formerly at 4thFloor, Banco Popular Building, Road Town, Tortola, VG1110, British Virgin Islands was filed in the Commercial Division of the High Court of Justice on 25 June 2024 on behalf of the Applicant, JEONGMIN HWANG, c/o Agon Litigation, Sea Meadow House 4/F, Road Town, Tortola, VG1110, British Virgin Islands, attention Brian Child. The application will be heard in the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, Commercial Division, Road Town, Tortola, Territory of the Virgin Islands on 23 September 2024 at a time to be specified in the final Commercial Court list.
