Keiko Yoshino

Keiko Yoshino is the co-founder and executive director for the Puerto Rico Blockchain Trade Association. Recently, she worked with the government to issue guidance on staking-as-a-service clarifying its eligibility for a 4% tax treatment. Keiko also leads the Act 60 campaign (www.L60PR.com) that is educating locals how they can benefit from 72 of 73 of the island's tax incentives. The PRBTA has introduced blockchain legislation and organized Puerto Rico Blockchain Week for the last two years. Prior to this, Keiko served as a public policy attorney and consultant in Washington, D.C. where she served as legislative director to both a city council member and the deputy mayor for planning and economic development.
