Diana Stern

Diana Stern helps teams launch, scale and support cutting-edge products and services. She is currently the general counsel of Palm NFT Studio, a startup that works with brands to engage, reward and monetize audiences in Web3. With nearly a decade of experience in crypto, Diana was a founding member of Stripe’s global crypto team, co-creator of a new commercial instrument adopted by thousands of companies and an early legal hacker who integrated licensing terms into NFTs. Her work has been featured in Law.com, Bloomberg and MIT publications. She is a member of the Plural Venture Community and the Editorial Board of the MIT Computational Law report. Previously, Diana proudly served on the Board of Ms. JD, a national nonprofit dedicated to building a diverse pipeline of future women leaders in law.
