Meltem Erdem

Meltem graduated from Hacettepe University in the computer engineering and cyber ​security department with a doctorate in 2020. She previously served as the leader of cyber ​security governance and strategy processes in Turkiye's Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of National Defense and Ministry of Treasury's fintech group within the scope of BRSA and Crypto asset company, and led other various national and international projects for years. She also serves as an on-chain researcher at Istanbul Blockchain Women & Blockchain, Turkiye; takes part cyber security strategy and governance research at CSA Global and CSA Turkey's blockchain security working group; and provides training and consultancy services through Databulls, a company she co-foundered.
