Mona El Isa

Mona El Isa is the co-founder of Enzyme, the largest active DeFi asset management protocol by AUM, after realising the barriers to entry in traditional asset management are prohibitive to many market participants.

She brings over a decade of experience at Goldman Sachs, where she was promoted to Vice President by the age of 26, and later managed money at Jabre Capital. She made the “Top 30 under 30” list in Trader Magazine in 2008 and Forbes Magazine in 2011 after profitably trading the 2008 and 2011 crashes.

She also sits on the board of NEAR Foundation and KR1 Plc, providing strategic advice and consultancy to support the growing institutional adoption of digital assets.
