Omer Ozden is chairman of RockTree Capital. The firm is founding investor in CasperLabs and serves as their China growth partner. He is also international partner of ZhenFund, a leading angel fund in China. Omer is an international securities lawyer and former partner with Baker & McKenzie LLP in New York. He was also previously an associate with Morrison & Foerster LLP in their Hong Kong office. His career spans more than 450 deals totaling over $30 billion including venture capital investments, initial public offerings and other transactions for such companies as NetEase, Alibaba, Baidu, New Oriental and Facebook.
