ARK Invest de Cathie Wood y 21Shares se unen para participar en la carrera de los ETF de Bitcoin

ARK Investment Management de Cathie Wood se ha unido a la carrera para conseguir que la Comisión de Bolsa y Valores de Estados Unidos (SEC) apruebe un fondo cotizado en bolsa (ETF) de Bitcoin .
- De acuerdo a Presentaciones ante la SECEl destacado inversor tecnológico se está asociando con la firma de productos de inversión 21Shares para presentar una solicitud de ETF de Bitcoin .
- El "ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF" aprovecharía la experiencia de 21Shares en la creación de productos cotizados en bolsa (ETP) de Cripto , principalmente en Europa.
- ARK y 21Shares se unen a las crecientes filas de empresas que esperan que este sea el año en que la SEC apruebe un ETF de Bitcoin .
- La SEC ha rechazado docenas de propuestas de ETF de Bitcoin en los últimos años.
- Wood se unió a la junta directiva de Amun Holdings, la empresa matriz de 21Shares, en mayo.

Kevin Reynolds
Kevin Reynolds was the editor-in-chief at CoinDesk. He shares a patent for a content management system he helped design, is a Certified Scrum Master, and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He owns bitcoin, ether, polygon and solana.

Zack Seward
Zack Seward is CoinDesk’s contributing editor-at-large. Up until July 2022, he served as CoinDesk’s deputy editor-in-chief.
