Wells Fargo y HSBC liquidarán transacciones de divisas mediante blockchain
Los gigantes bancarios utilizarán un producto blockchain para liquidar transacciones en dólares estadounidenses, dólares canadienses, libras y euros.
Wells Fargo y HSBC Bank dijeron el lunesellos usaránun producto basado en blockchain para liquidar transacciones de divisas coincidentes.
- Los dos gigantes bancarios acordaron utilizar un libro de liquidación compartido para procesar transacciones en dólares estadounidenses, dólares canadienses, libras esterlinas y euros, con planes de expandir el proceso a otras monedas en el futuro.
- El sistema de liquidación basado en blockchain de los bancos utiliza Tecnología patentada de HSBC construida sobre la Tecnología de contabilidad distribuida CORE “inspirada en blockchain” de Baton Systems, dijo un portavoz de HSBC a CoinDesk.
