Dave Hendricks is the CEO and founder of Vertalo, an SEC-registered digital transfer agent that connects and enables the private and digital asset ecosystems. Since Dave and his two cofounders created Vertalo's parent company SeriesX he’s helped more than 100 client partners issue more than 350 private securities, including issuing 4 billion tokenized shares on the Tezos and Ethereum Blockchains. He is headquartered in Austin, Texas.
