- Sinabi ng CBN na pinapaalalahanan nito ang mga regulated banking institution na "ipinagbabawal ang pakikitungo sa mga cryptocurrencies o pagpapadali ng mga pagbabayad para sa mga palitan ng Cryptocurrency ."
- Dahil dito, ang lahat ng mga bangko ay dapat "tumukoy ng mga tao at/o entity" na nakikipagtransaksyon sa Cryptocurrency o nagpapatakbo ng mga palitan ng Crypto sa kanilang mga platform at "siguraduhin na ang mga naturang account ay sarado kaagad."
