American Express investit dans la plateforme de trading institutionnel FalconX
FalconX a annoncé mercredi qu'American Express Ventures avait réalisé cet investissement dans le cadre d'une levée de fonds plus tôt cette année, mais n'a pas divulgué de montant.
American Express prend une participation dans l'industrie en pleine effervescence des Cryptomonnaie , en investissant dans la plateforme de trading institutionnel FalconX.

- FalconXannoncéMercredi, American Express Ventures a réalisé cet investissement dans le cadre d'une levée de fonds plus tôt cette année, mais n'a pas divulgué de montant.
- En mai, FalconX a révélé qu'il avaita levé 17 millions de dollarsdans un tour de table mené par Accel – qui détient des participations dans Facebook et Slack.
- Coinbase Ventures, Flybridge Capital Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Fenbushi Capital et Avon Ventures ont également participé à l'époque.
- « Amex Ventures investit dans les startups afin de mieux comprendre les domaines émergents de l'écosystème des paiements, et nous sommes heureux de soutenir FalconX alors qu'il continue de stimuler l'innovation dans l'espace des actifs numériques, y compris les monnaies numériques », a déclaré Harshul Sanghi, directeur mondial d'Amex Ventures.
- Depuis le tour de table de mai, FalconX a annoncé une croissance de son chiffre d'affaires de 350 % et un triplement de son volume de transactions pour atteindre environ 3 milliards de dollars par mois. L'entreprise compte désormais 250 clients institutionnels.
