Don de 2 millions d'euros pour financer le projet Blockchain du Programme alimentaire mondial

La Belgique a contribué à hauteur de 2 millions d'euros pour soutenir les projets du Programme alimentaire mondial des Nations Unies, notamment son projet pilote de paiements blockchain pour les réfugiés syriens.

Relief supplies from the World Food Programme are staged to be loaded onto an MV-22 Osprey at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, Nepal, May 14, in order to be delivered to remote locations during Operation Sahayogi Haat. Joint Task Force 505 along with other multinational forces and humanitarian relief organizations are currently in Nepal providing aid after a 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck the country, April 25 and a 7.3 earthquake on May 12.
