CoinShares Group is a Jersey-based digital asset investing firm with offices in Jersey, Stockholm, London and New York. Founded in 2015, CoinShares provides asset management, capital markets, venture capital, and advisory services in the digital asset industry and manages hundreds of millions in assets on behalf of a global investor base.

CoinShares manages the XBT Provider family of exchange-traded products that offers simple access to digital assets. Each tracking product is a first of its kind, designed for multi-asset portfolios and available via traditional brokers and banks across Europe.

CoinShares Capital Markets specializes in electronic trading and provides institutional investors – such as hedge funds, family offices and market intermediaries – with market infrastructure and trade execution services for crypto assets. The firm traded $3 billion in both 2019 and the first half of 2020.

The firm also operates actively managed funds, with a focus on its CoinShares Ventures portfolio. The CoinShares Ventures team invests in innovative financial technology transforming global markets.
