Hachiko

Hachiko (HACHIKO) is a self-staking token launched on 20 April 2021 on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC). The token’s ownership was renounced from inception, meaning it is entirely community-driven. Hachiko draws inspiration from Dogecoin, highlighting the potential of meme tokens to engage users and foster community participation in the cryptocurrency space. The token is named after the famous loyal dog, Hachiko, symbolizing the principles of loyalty, community, and innovation.

Hachiko (HACHIKO) is designed for passive income generation and community engagement. Key uses include:

• Self-Staking: Hachiko implements an automatic redistribution mechanism where 3% of each transaction is redistributed to token holders, including the burn address, reducing the circulating supply and raising the price floor.
• Locked Liquidity: Another 3% of each transaction is redistributed to the locked liquidity address, ensuring sufficient liquidity for users to buy and sell Hachiko tokens.
• Token Burn: 50% of the initial total supply was sent to a burn address before release, and 20% of tokens received in the Hachiko Burn Dapp are also burned, reducing supply and potentially increasing value.
• Hachiko Burn Dapp: A decentralised application that allows users to participate in a token lottery with two main draws daily, where prizes come from the tokens paid by users and unclaimed tokens from previous rounds.
• Community Building: Hachiko encourages active community involvement, with open discussions and consensus-driven decisions within its main Telegram group. The community also contributes to project adoption and development through individual efforts, without centralised fundraising mechanisms.
