Humanscape (HUM), a blockchain-based project initially designed to create patient networks and foster healthcare collaboration, rebranded to Hippocrat (HPO) in the second quarter of 2023. This transition included a hard fork and an adjustment of the maximum token supply to 1,084,734,273.38 HPO tokens. The rebranding reflects a strategic shift towards decentralised healthcare solutions, with a focus on enabling individuals to manage their health data securely while contributing to medical research and innovation.

Hippocrat (formerly Humanscape) builds on its predecessor's mission by integrating blockchain and zero-knowledge proof technologies to provide enhanced privacy and user control. The platform is used for decentralised health data management, allowing individuals to securely store, access, and share their medical information. It also incentivises data sharing by compensating users who provide their health data to authorised researchers, healthcare providers, and institutions. Additionally, Hippocrat facilitates access to global healthcare services, including remote medical consultations through its "Hippo" service, making healthcare more accessible and efficient.
