eToro близка к слиянию со SPAC: отчет
О сделке может быть объявлено уже во вторник.
Согласно отчету <a href="https://finance.yahoo.com/news/etoro-said-near-10-billion-232111712.html">Финансы Bloomberg со ссылкой на осведомленные источники,</a> торговая платформа eToro может уже сегодня объявить о плане выхода на биржу путем слияния с компанией специального назначения по поглощению (SPAC).
- В отчете говорится, что сделка с FinTech Acquisition Corp. V оценивает объединенную компанию примерно в 10 миллиардов долларов.
- По данным Bloomberg, FinTech Acquisition Corp. V возглавляет Бетси Коэн, которая принимала участие в нескольких других SPAC, включая ONE , которая вывела Perella Weinberg на биржу.
- Представители обеих компаний отказались от комментариев, говорится в сообщении.
