OpenSea получает «Уведомление о скважинах» от SEC – реакция отрасли

Сегодня утром, OpenSeaсказал, что получил Уведомление Wells от Комиссии по ценным бумагам и биржам, предупреждающее, что агентство собирается подать в суд на ведущую платформу NFT за нарушение законов о ценных бумагах.
