DAO-Builder Syndicate Raises $20M From a16z, Alexis Ohanian and Snoop Dogg

Syndicate, a community-based investment system that simplifies the creation of decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), has raised $20 million in a Series A funding round led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z). Syndicate now has an investor roster of over 150, including Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian and rapper Snoop Dogg. DAOs "are the next step for society," host Naomi Brockwell said, suggesting Syndicate heading in the right direction.
