The Wall Street Journal reports the founders of failed hedge fund Three Arrows Capital are launching a $25 million crypto exchange venture at the end of the month. And, the Senate Banking Committee hosted a hearing called "Crypto Crash: Why Financial System Safeguards are Needed for Digital Assets."
