SEC Charges Gemini, Genesis For Allegedly Selling Unregistered Securities
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) alleged that crypto exchange Gemini and crypto lender Genesis Global Capital sold unregistered securities in a lawsuit filed late Thursday. CoinDesk and Genesis are both owned by parent company Digital Currency Group.
