Jess Cheng is a partner in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she represents clients as a member of the firm's fintech and financial services group. Previously, Jess was senior counsel at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in Washington, D.C., in the Monetary Affairs and Payment Systems Section.
