BIT Mining investit 11 millions de dollars supplémentaires dans un centre de données de minage de Crypto dans l'Ohio
Le financement servira à ajouter 65 mégawatts de capacité électrique supplémentaire.
La société d'extraction de Cryptomonnaie BIT Mining (NYSE : BTCM) investit 11 millions de dollars supplémentaires dans le site de l'Ohio qu'elle développe avec Viking Data Centers.
- BIT Mining a déclaré que 9,8 millions de dollars seraient payés en espèces et le reste en espèces ou en actions.
- Cela s’ajoute aux 12,4 millions de dollars qu’elle a accepté d’investir en septembre.
- L'investissement portera la participation de BIT Mining dans le site à 55 %, avec Viking à 45 %.
- Grâce à cet investissement, la capacité énergétique du site passera à 150 mégawatts (MW), contre 85 MW initialement prévus.
- Les entreprises prévoient de terminer le processus d’ici le 31 mars 2022.
