Ohio Congressman: Bitcoin Poses No Threat to US Dollar

A empresa de mineração de Criptomoeda BIT Mining (NYSE: BTCM) está investindo outros US$ 11 milhões no local em Ohio que está desenvolvendo com a Viking Data Centers.

A BIT Mining disse que US$ 9,8 milhões serão pagos em dinheiro e o restante em dinheiro ou ações.
Isso se soma aos US$ 12,4 milhões que a empresa concordou em investir em setembro.
O investimento levará a participação da BIT Mining no local para 55%, com a Viking para 45%.
Como resultado do investimento, a capacidade de energia do local aumentará para 150 megawatts (MW), acima dos 85 MW originalmente planejados.
As empresas esperam concluir o processo até 31 de março de 2022.
