Bithumb envisage une cotation sur le Nasdaq américain, a déclaré la société aux actionnaires lors d'une réunion lundi, selonQuotidien économique coréen.
Fin 2023, l’échange a étéapparemmentL'entreprise prévoit d'entrer en bourse en cotant ses actions au Kosdaq, l'équivalent sud-coréen du Nasdaq. Son objectif était le second semestre 2025, après avoir choisi Samsung Securities comme gestionnaire de son introduction en bourse.

« Concernant la cotation, toutes les possibilités sont ouvertes, non seulement au niveau national mais aussi à l'étranger », a déclaré un responsable de Bithumb selon le rapport.
