Mogo Inc., un fournisseur canadien d'applications financières coté au Nasdaq (MOGO) et à la Bourse de Toronto, s'apprête à augmenter sa participation dans la bourse de Cryptomonnaie Coinsquare.

- Mogo achètera 2,2 millions d'actions ordinaires de Coinsquare auprès de Riot Blockchain et exercera des options pour acheter 3,2 millions d'actions auprès des investisseurs existants, a déclaré la société.annoncé Jeudi.
- Ces acquisitions porteront la participation de Mogo de 19,9 % à environ 37 % et coûteront jusqu'à 48,6 millions de dollars. L'entreprise a le choix entre un paiement en espèces ou en actions.
- L'achat auprès de Riot devrait être finalisé plus tard ce mois-ci, et la transaction d'options début juin.
