0.96%La SEC entame l'examen officiel de la demande d'ETF Bitcoin Kryptoin
Le régulateur américain évalue actuellement trois offres différentes d'ETF Bitcoin .
La Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) des États-Unis a commencé son examen formel de la demande de fonds négocié en bourse Bitcoin de Kryptoin, lançant le compte à rebours pour une décision sur la proposition.
- La SECpublié un avis public jeudi annonçant qu'il commencerait à évaluer le Kryptoin Bitcoin ETF Trust, que le conseiller en investissement a déposé auprès de Cboe BZX Exchange.
- Kryptoin a déjà essayé, sans succès, d'obtenir le feu vert pour un ETF Bitcoin en 2019.
- Il s'agit de la troisième demande active de fonds négocié en bourse Bitcoin évaluée par le régulateur fédéral, après celles de VanEck et de WisdomTree. Le régulateur dispose de 240 jours pour approuver ou rejeter chacune d'elles.
- Actuellement, neuf demandes d'ETF sont en cours d'examen par l'agence, et Grayscale (société sœur de CoinDesk ) a également annoncé son intention de convertir son fonds GBTC en ETF. Il est possible que l'agence approuve plusieurs ETF simultanément afin de favoriser la concurrence et d'éviter de privilégier une entreprise par rapport à une autre.
