EstateX

EstateX (ESX) is a blockchain-based asset developed by EstateX B.V., a Netherlands-registered company. It operates on the Binance Smart Chain using the BEP-20 token standard and underpins a decentralised ecosystem focused on real estate investment and tokenisation. EstateX is designed to facilitate access to fractional ownership of real-world properties while embedding DeFi functionality into its platform infrastructure.

The platform is composed of several integrated services including LaunchX (primary property market), PropXChange (secondary property token exchange), TokenizeX (real estate tokenisation services), and EstateX Pay (a crypto-backed payment system). These tools collectively allow users to invest in, manage, and utilise tokenised real estate assets through a user-centric Web3 interface.

EstateX combines blockchain immutability with legal frameworks to ensure compliant, transparent, and efficient real estate transactions. It incorporates DAO elements to enable decentralised governance, provides financial education via EstateX University, and integrates property-backed financial services through CapitalX.

The ESX token is a multifunctional asset within the EstateX ecosystem. It facilitates a wide range of user interactions, services, and decentralised governance mechanisms. Its core utilities include:

• Transaction Fees: Used to cover fees within the LaunchX and PropXChange platforms for purchasing, listing, or trading real estate tokens.
• Rental Income Claims: Property token holders can receive rental income payouts in ESX based on their fractional ownership.
• Staking: Participants can stake ESX to earn platform-based rewards.
• Access to Tokenisation: Legal property owners can use ESX to access tokenisation services through TokenizeX.
• Governance: ESX holders participate in DAO governance, voting on proposals related to platform upgrades, fund allocations, or ecosystem changes.
• EstateX Pay: Used as collateral for real estate-backed liquidity and spending.
