About UXLINK
UXLINK is a Web3 governance token used for voting, staking, and transactions within the UXLINK social ecosystem. The platform aims to combine real-world social networks with blockchain technology to facilitate decentralised interactions and crypto trading.
UXLINK is the native governance token of the UXLINK platform, a Web3 social infrastructure designed to bridge traditional Web2 social networks with the decentralised Web3 ecosystem. It enables users to form two-way, real-time social relationships and access crypto assets through a socialised, group-based approach. UXLINK also incorporates decentralised finance (DeFi) functionalities and a social decentralised exchange (DEX) for trading crypto assets.
UXLINK is used for governance within the UXLINK platform, allowing users to vote on protocol upgrades and community decisions. It facilitates payments for services and transactions within the platform, such as DApp usage and social network interactions. Additionally, UXLINK enables staking for rewards and plays a central role in social mining and group-based financial activities on the platform. The dual-token model includes UXUY points, which serve as rewards for community engagement, complementing the UXLINK governance token.
On September 22, 2025, UXLINK (UXLINK) experienced a major security breach in which attackers exploited a delegateCall vulnerability in its multisignature wallet to seize administrative control, drain approximately $11.3 million in assets, and mint up to 10 trillion unauthorized tokens. The incident triggered a 90 %+ collapse in token price and forced the project to remove mint/burn functions, conduct a full contract audit, and launch an emergency migration to a new smart contract under the same ticker to preserve supply integrity and restore user trust.
UXLINK was developed by UXUY Labs, a team focused on building Web3 social infrastructure and facilitating mass adoption. The project has secured backing from major blockchain investors, including OKX Ventures, and has collaborated with leading platforms like Binance Web3 Wallet to accelerate growth.
