BlockFi e Neuberger Berman presentano domanda per l'ETF Spot Bitcoin
Se approvato, l'ETF BlockFi NB Bitcoin garantirebbe un'esposizione diretta al Bitcoin.
Una joint venture tra il prestatore Cripto BlockFi e la società di gestione degli investimenti Neuberger Berman archiviato per un fondo negoziato in borsa (ETF) Bitcoin con la Securities and Exchange Commission degli Stati Uniti.
- In particolare, il BlockFi NB Bitcoin ETF offrirebbe azioni che riflettono il valore spot del Bitcoin detenuto dal trust.
- Le azioni emesse dal trust verrebbero negoziate alla Borsa di New York e fornirebbero un'esposizione diretta alla principale Criptovaluta per capitalizzazione di mercato.

Kevin Reynolds
Kevin Reynolds was the editor-in-chief at CoinDesk.
