Lo scambio Cripto Deribit è ancora in trattative per essere acquisito da Kraken: Fonte
Una seconda fonte ha affermato che anche la borsa statunitense Coinbase ha messo alla prova Deribit.
Cosa sapere:
- L'exchange di opzioni Cripto è ancora in trattativa con Kraken per l'acquisizione.
- Secondo un precedente rapporto, la società potrebbe essere valutata oltre 5 miliardi di dollari.
Lo scambio di opzioni Criptovaluta Deribit sta ancora parlando con Kraken per una potenziale acquisizione, contrariamente a relazioniche la borsa statunitense si è tirata indietro da un potenziale accordo per l'acquisto di Deribit, ha affermato una persona a conoscenza della questione.
Rapporti recenti hanno anche confermato che la piattaforma di opzioni Cripto stava lavorando con FT Partners per valutare le offerte di acquisizione, ma il CEO di Deribit Luuk Strijers ha escluso una situazione di acquisizione. La società potrebbe essere valutata tra i 4 e i 5 miliardi di dollari o anche di più, secondo Bloomberg.

Una seconda fonte ha affermato che anche la borsa statunitense quotata Coinbase (COIN) ha messo alla prova Deribit.
Deribit è un obiettivo di acquisizione interessante perché è il principale exchange di opzioni di asset digitali, che Kraken vorrebbe aggiungere alla sua offerta di trading, aveva affermato Strijers in un precedente rapporto.
Kraken e Deribit hanno rifiutato di commentare. Coinbase non ha risposto alle richieste di commento al momento della stampa
