Lo scambio di Cripto Bakkt si avvicina alla fusione con Victory Park SPAC: Bloomberg
Secondo il rapporto, l'accordo potrebbe essere annunciato già la prossima settimana.
Lo scambio Criptovaluta Bakkt, la cui maggioranza è posseduta da Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), è in trattative avanzate per diventare pubblico tramite una fusione con una società di acquisizione per scopi speciali (SPAC), Bloomberg segnalato, citando persone competenti in materia.
