- La nuova legge modifica il Codice commerciale uniforme del Texas per adattare meglio il diritto commerciale alla blockchain e alle risorse digitali, definisce formalmente le valute virtuali e offre a privati e aziende un ambiente legale per gli investimenti in Cripto .
- Secondo la National Law Review, circa 25 stati stanno valutando misure relative alla blockchain e/o alle risorse digitali nelle loro sessioni legislative del 2021.
