- Nella sua proposta, la società con sede nel Delaware ha affermato che "l'obiettivo di investimento" del Kryptoin Ethereum ETF Trust sarebbe stato "fornire esposizione a Ethereum a un prezzo che riflettesse l'effettivo mercato Ethereum , in cui gli investitori possono acquistare e vendere Ethereum".
- Kryptoin ha affermato che il trust "non acquisterà o venderà ether direttamente, sebbene il Trustee possa vendere ether per pagare determinate spese. Invece, quando venderà o riscatterà le sue azioni, lo farà in transazioni "in natura" in blocchi di 100.000 azioni".
