Il presidente della SEC Jay Clayton si è dichiarato aperto all'idea di un fondo negoziato in borsa tokenizzato.
Il presidente della Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Jay Clayton ha affermato che l'organismo di regolamentazione è aperto all'idea di un fondo negoziato in borsa (ETF) tokenizzato, secondo unrapportodi Decrypt.
- "Siamo disposti a provarci. La nostra porta è spalancata", ha detto Clayton nel rapporto, citando unseminario Webieri con la Camera di Commercio Digitale.
- Sebbene le dichiarazioni di Clayton esprimessero la volontà di esplorare l'idea di azioni tokenizzate, il rapporto ha anche evidenziato recenti azioni da parte dell'organismo di regolamentazione che sembrerebbero indicare che il giorno in cui tali idee diventeranno realtà è ancora lontano.
