Woonkly Power (WOOP) is a cryptocurrency designed for the Woonkly Metasocial Network, a decentralised social platform where users’ posts are turned into Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). Instead of relying on centralised servers, Woonkly uses the Interplanetary File System (IPFS) to store and share content across user nodes. This system empowers users to retain control over their data while facilitating the global exchange of digital content in a decentralised manner.

WOOP is the utility token that fuels the Woonkly ecosystem. It allows users to create, buy, sell, and trade NFTs directly on the platform. Additionally, WOOP enables users to purchase goods and services within the ecosystem. The token also supports staking, where users can lock their WOOP tokens to earn rewards. Furthermore, using WOOP for transactions within the platform can result in lower fees, encouraging greater use of the token.
