Bitcoin (BTC) is trading around $16,600 as Gemini co-founder accused Digital Currency Group CEO Barry Silbert of “bad faith stall tactics.” Silbert responded, saying his firm submitted a proposal to Genesis and Gemini’s advisers last Thursday.
