Shanghai + Capella = 'Shapella': How Ethereum Devs Now Refer to Upcoming Upgrade

Technically the Shanghai upgrade is only on the execution side of Ethereum. Capella is the simultaneous upgrade happening on the consensus side. Hence the merging of the two names to “Shapella.”
