Martin is one of the initiators of the Q Protocol, a universal layer for shared governance security in Web 3 and beyond.
Martin has been working full time in crypto since 2017. Besides founding Q Development AG, a company focused on supporting the Q Protocol, he is the founder of Postera Capital, the company behind Europe’s first regulated crypto fund. Prior to discovering blockchain, Martin had a career at the intersection of finance and technology and has over 20 years of experience in structuring international businesses in both tradfi and crypto. He was the CEO of a digital mobile service provider and a corporate finance consultant with a Big 4 firm.
Martin holds a Bachelor's degree with first class honours in Business Studies from Bayes Business School, London and an MBA from IMD Lausanne. He is a CFA charter-holder and is certified as an investment expert in Germany.
